Frankie Essex shows off her slim figure and incredible abs as she paddle boards in Mykonos

The former TOWIE star has transformed her body through hard work and intense exercise.

And now Frankie Essex is showing off the fruit of her labours, flaunting her fantastic figure on her recent Greek getaway.

The 29-year-old reality star was looking trim in a halter neck black bikini as she fooled around in the sea in Mykonos on Monday.

With her tousled blonde locks worn loose around her face, the make-up free personality even worked on her core muscles – positioning herself in a plank position – while chilling out in the sun.

Her high-cut briefs and emphasised her toned and flat tummy, making sure her recent weight loss was clear for all to see.

Frankie, who is set to release a fitness DVD after getting in shape and beating depression - lost almost three stone in 12 months , dropping from a size 14-16 to a size 8.

The sister of Joey Essex , who lost her mum at 13, will release her DVD Weight Loss Workouts next month and hopes it will help other people with depression and anxiety to transform their lives.

In a heartbreakingly honest interview with The Sun Online, she also said: "This time last year I didn't want to wake up the next day, I couldn't get out of bed.

"I was in a hole, drinking and going out. I was burying my head in the sand, I was really in a bad way, overweight and in a bad relationship that I wanted to get out of."
