Despite only joining Youtube last year, the Los Angeles-born beauty has well and truly conquered the digital bodybuilding landscape.

Between the 1.3 million Instagram followers, countless endorsement deals and mesmerisingly muscly campaigns, Tamra's flex appeal is as much about business as pleasure.

As to the roots of her physique – the vixen has always been sporty and was a self-professed football nut in her youth.

But under the guidance of her parents, both of whom are former bodybuilders, she traded casual cardio for gruelling weights sessions four times a weeks.

Still, she never anticipated a career in modelling and went to college to study fashion design.

"I had only dreamt of doing stuff like I’m doing now. Modelling, I for sure never thought would ever happen for a short muscular girl with bad skin," she confessed.

"First and foremost, it’s genetics – my mum has great glutes. It’s also from years of playing soccer. Later, I learned how to develop my glute muscles from bodybuilders and through other techniques from exercise and dance," she added
