Noticeably absent was their sister Kim, who had been expected to make her first public appearance at the 2016 Angel Ball hosted by Gabrielle's Angel Foundation For Cancer Research, however reportedly flew back to Los Angeles to be with her husband Kanye West as he was admitted to hospital.
Khloe showed off her gym-honed physique in a shimmering sequinned silver gown with sheer panelling. While Kourtney dared to flash the flesh in an unusual design, which featured large leg cut-out panels and ruffles.
Khloe got a shock when she was faced with anti-fur protesters outside the star-studded event.
The sisters remained fairly quiet on social media about the event, which is where they were expected to honour their late father Robert Kardashian Sr.
But neither sister shared any behind-the-scenes photos as they got ready for the event on their Instagram or Twitter pages.
Meanwhile, within a few hours of landing in New York, Kim has reportedly flown back to Los Angeles to be with her husband Kanye West after he was hospitalised on Monday, cancelling her first red carpet appearance since the traumatic Paris robbery.
It is unclear if Kanye remains in hospital, but his friends fear the star is reportedly suffering from "nervous exhaustion".
