The young Nigerian girl decided to go under the knife to enhance her features after becoming worried that her bum was not big enough.
She said she told doctors she wanted a backside more like that of Kim Kardashian , and was promised a fuller, rounder rear by the surgeon who performed the operation.
The young woman allegedly wanted to look like Kim Kardashian, so went to a surgeon to get fillers for her backside.
But the doctor, not named in reports, injected a substance into her bum that left the left side of her lower body hugely swollen and tender.
Now, the woman said she is so ashamed that she is too embarrassed to even leave the house.
The unfortunate youngster, also not named in reports, is said to be in incredible pain from the surgery, after her hip and leg swelled up following the injection of the unknown substance.
The pictures were posted on the Facebook account of her friend Emmanuel Chinedu Udoaku.
He wrote: "Please pray for her - she had bottom enlargement but the result was unfavourable to her and she later developed this."
Others commented on the post expressing both sympathy and increduality.

It is unclear if police are investigating and whether the surgeon has offered to help her.
