Kim Kardashian's friend shares rare photo of reality star recluse dressed up in sexy costume

It might not be Halloween anymore but that didn't stop Kim Kardashian from dressing up in costume.

On Monday, the 36-year-old reality star was seen in a sexy purple outfit - modeled after Princess Jasmine from the 1992 Disney film Aladdin - on her website kimkardashianwest.com.

Because the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is still taking a break from social media - after her horrific October 3 attack in Paris - her friend Stephanie Sheppard posted the image in an entry titled, 'Belly Dancer Costume.'

Steph wrote: 'So Kim and I were cleaning out her Halloween closet and we came across this purple belly dancer outfit.

'North really wanted her to try it on since purple is her FAVE color ever! How amazing does she look?!'

The short post was accompanied by some photos of Kim Kardashian wearing a Princess Jasmine outfit, very similar to the one she wore in 2009.

The costume was complete with a purple bralette adorned with gold jewels and sequins. She also wore a pair of purple see-through harem trousers that featured a split up the sides of her legs.

The trousers were also adorned with gold crystals and patterns.

Her hair was in the exact style of Jasmine's, a long raven ponytail with three gold hairbands.

Kim is still struggling to move past the traumatic events of October 3 when she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, and has stayed clear of social media in the weeks since.

However, playing dress up is one of Kim's favorite pastimes, so it's no wonder the reality star has emerged to show off her saucy belly dancer outfit.

The reality star also dug out another vintage Princess Jasmine costume, this time in blue.
