The 36 year old reality star has been struggling with dealing with decision on whether or not to get surrogate for her third baby.
Kim is already mum to North and Saint, but had a high-risk pregnancy on her son due to placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterine wall, because another pregnancy could be life-threatening.
So the Kardashian-Wests are reportedly paying $45,000 to a surrogate.
But now, it has been claimed that Kim and her husband Kanye West have made a deal with a surrogate to have their third child.
Speaking about the painful and dangerous condition, Kim previously said of her labour with North: "My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails."
TMZ report that the stars found a surrogate through an agency, which requires a deposit of $68,850.
In addition to the $45,000 given to the chosen surrogate, she will also receive $5,000 for additional children in the case of multiple births.
She is forbidden from smoking, drinking, using drugs, using hair dye, going into hot tubs or saunas or handling cat litter during the pregnancy.
The surrogate will also have to avoid sex running up to the pregnancy and for three weeks after embryo implantation, and can't eat raw fish or drink more than one tea or coffee per day.
Kim's placenta accreta resulted in her getting surgery, although severe cases can lead to hysterectomies.
The social media queen also suffered from preeclampsia, which causes high blood pressure and protein in urine.
Kim could be getting broody thanks to her friend Beyoncé, who has just welcomed twin babies.
